Terms of use

Last updated: 3 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Aionix: the mobile app, the confirmation pages your clients open from reminders, and this website. By creating an account, you accept them.

How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

1. Who we are

Aionix is run by Ionut Moldovan (“we”).

You can reach us at contact@aionixapp.com.

In these terms, “you” is the person or business with an Aionix account, and “clients” are the people you book.

2. What Aionix does

Aionix keeps your bookings, clients, services and blocked time, prepares reminders for your clients, gives each booking a page where the client can confirm, move or cancel it, and shows reports on your work.

Aionix is a tool for organising appointments. It is not an accounting, invoicing or medical records system, and it doesn’t take payments from your clients.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16, and use Aionix for your own work by appointment.
  • Give us a real email address and keep it up to date: we send codes and important notices there.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done from your account; if you think someone else has used it, change your password and tell us.
  • One account is for one person or business. Don’t share it or sell it.

4. Plans and payment

The free plan costs nothing, and has limits on how many clients, services and new bookings a month you can have. Some features, such as SMS reminders, reports and rescheduling from the confirmation page, are only in Aionix Pro. The app shows what each plan includes, and the current limits.

Pro is bought in the app, through the App Store or Google Play, as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Apple or Google, and their terms apply to it.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from Settings → Aionix Pro → Manage subscription. After cancelling, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their rules. We can’t issue them ourselves.
  • A lifetime purchase gives you Pro for as long as Aionix is offered, without further payments.
  • If we change the price of a subscription, the new price applies from your next renewal, and the store tells you beforehand.

If you go back to the free plan, everything you entered stays. You can still see and edit it, but you can’t add more than the free plan allows, and Pro features stop working.

We may change what each plan includes. If a change takes away something you already paid for, it won’t apply to you until the end of your current period, and we’ll tell you beforehand.

5. Your clients and their data

You decide which clients to add and what to write about them, so you are responsible for that data under the GDPR (you are its controller), and we process it for you (we are your processor). In particular:

  • You need a legal reason to keep your clients’ details and to contact them; usually that’s the appointment you agreed with them.
  • Tell your clients that you use Aionix to manage their bookings and send them reminders.
  • Write only what you need in notes, and avoid sensitive details such as health information unless you have a reason to keep them.
  • Answer your clients’ requests about their data. Aionix lets you correct or delete a client’s details at any time.

For our part, we process your clients’ data only to run Aionix for you and on your instructions, which are these terms and how you use the app. We keep it confidential and secure, use only the service providers listed in the privacy policy (and will tell you before adding one), help you answer your clients’ requests and meet your GDPR obligations, tell you without delay if a breach affects it, and delete it when you delete it or close your account. These commitments are our data processing agreement with you under Article 28 of the GDPR.

6. Reminders

  • WhatsApp and SMS reminders you send from the app go from your own phone, through those apps. WhatsApp’s and your phone carrier’s terms apply to them.
  • With Pro, you can have Aionix text reminders for you. We send them through our SMS provider, at the time you choose before each booking, to the client’s phone number as you entered it.

Use reminders only for your clients’ bookings, never for advertising. Make sure the phone numbers are right, and turn off SMS reminders for a client who doesn’t want them.

We try to send every reminder on time, but delivery depends on phone networks and other services outside our control, so we can’t guarantee that each one arrives.

7. What you may not do

  • Break the law, or use Aionix to harass, deceive or spam anyone.
  • Enter data about people you have no reason to hold it about.
  • Try to reach other accounts’ data, or get around the plan limits or the app’s security.
  • Overload the service, scrape it, or copy, change or reverse engineer the app, except where the law lets you.
  • Pretend to be another person or business.

If you do, we may suspend or close your account (see section 11).

8. Your content, and ours

What you enter in Aionix stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy and show it only as needed to run Aionix for you, for example to show your details on your clients’ confirmation pages. You can take a copy of it at any time (Settings → Account → Export my data).

The Aionix app, website, name and logo belong to us. While you have an account, you may use the app for your work; that permission ends when your account is closed.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Aionix running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted or error-free: we may need to stop it for maintenance, and things we depend on can fail. Check your calendar in the app, and take an export now and then if your data matters to you.

We may improve, change or remove features. If we decide to stop offering Aionix, we will tell you at least 60 days before, so you can export your data.

10. Liability

Aionix is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income, missed or double-booked appointments, or reminders that didn’t arrive, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for harm we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer.

11. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes your data as described in the privacy policy. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a store subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account too.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. Unless it’s urgent or we are not allowed to, we will tell you first and give you the chance to fix the problem and export your data.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If the change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before it applies. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account before then; using Aionix after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If we can’t settle a dispute by talking to each other, the courts of Brasov, Romania, will decide it. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can also go to its courts.

For anything about these terms, write to contact@aionixapp.com.
